These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Aura | Human Wonders website and related online store pages.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to online purchases of products sold by Aura | Human Wonders, including posters and framed posters.

Customers may be consumers or business customers. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws applicable to your country of residence.

3. Products

Aura | Human Wonders sells artistic city-themed wall art, including:

• unframed posters;
• framed posters;
• selected framed formats including A4, 20x25, 40x50, 40x60 and 60x90;
• selected frame colours including white, black and natural.

Additional products, such as canvas prints or metal prints, may be added in the future. Product availability, formats, materials and frame options are shown on each product page.

Product images, mockups and room previews are for illustrative purposes only. The final appearance may vary slightly depending on size, paper, frame, screen settings, lighting and production factors.

4. AI-generated artwork

Our posters are created using artificial intelligence and creative direction.

AI-generated artwork may be visually unique, but we do not guarantee that no similarity exists with any pre-existing artwork, image, composition, city view, style or visual concept.

The artistic interpretation of each city, landmark or urban atmosphere may be stylised, imaginative or non-photographic. Product titles, descriptions and previews are intended to describe the artistic inspiration of the work, not to guarantee exact geographical or architectural accuracy.

5. Custom print requests

Our catalogue products are standard products available on the website.

Customers may also send a request for a custom print, such as:

• a specific city view not currently available in the catalogue;
• one of our available styles applied to a missing city or view;
• a style requested by the customer;
• a custom size not listed on the product page.

Custom requests are subject to review and acceptance. We may decline a custom request if it is technically unsuitable, unlawful, offensive, impossible to produce or inconsistent with our brand standards.

Once approved and paid, custom-made or personalised products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise or where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

6. Customer-submitted content

If you send us images, references, text, files, instructions or other content for a custom request, you confirm that:

• you have the legal right to use that content;
• the content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right or other legal right;
• the content is not unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, obscene or harmful;
• the content can be used by us and our production partners for the purpose of creating, printing and delivering your order.

You grant us a limited right to use the content you provide only to process your request, prepare the artwork, produce the product, provide customer service and fulfil the order.

7. Age requirement

To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe that the order was placed using false, incomplete or unauthorised information.

8. Orders and contract formation

To place an order, you must select the product, size, frame option where applicable, shipping details and payment method.

A purchase contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email.

Please check your order confirmation carefully. You are responsible for ensuring that product options, shipping details and contact information are correct.

If we discover an obvious pricing error, product description error or technical error, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected information. If you do not agree, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

9. Prices, currency and payment

Prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated.

We currently accept:

• credit and debit cards;
• PayPal.

Available payment methods may change over time.

Payment is charged at the time of order. If payment is not authorised or is later reversed, we may cancel or suspend the order.

10. Taxes, duties and import charges

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the customer’s location and the checkout settings shown at the time of purchase.

We currently ship to the European Union, United States, United Kingdom and Canada.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges or similar fees required by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

11. Free shipping and remote areas

We offer free standard shipping to eligible delivery areas in the European Union, United States, United Kingdom and Canada.

Remote areas, special delivery zones, islands or locations not supported by our shipping partners may be excluded or may require additional charges.

If your address is not eligible for free shipping or cannot be served, we may contact you before processing the order.

12. Delivery and tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Estimated delivery is usually 4–6 business days, depending on the destination, product type, production capacity, carrier performance, customs procedures and local conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels and may arrive on different dates.

13. Risk and delivery responsibility

We are responsible for arranging production and shipment to the delivery address provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for collecting the parcel where required by the carrier.

Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order will generally be considered delivered. If you believe the tracking is incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the issue.

14. Order cancellation and changes

You may request to cancel or change your order within 6 hours after payment, provided that the order has not yet entered the printing process.

After this period, or once production has started, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible because products are printed on demand.

15. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged items, missing items, lost orders and custom-made product exclusions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

For catalogue products, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and details.

16. Quality, defects and colour variations

We aim to provide high-quality printed products.

A product may be considered defective if it arrives damaged, incorrectly produced, incomplete, materially different from the product ordered or affected by a confirmed production issue.

Minor variations in colour, brightness, contrast, cropping, paper texture or final appearance may occur due to screen settings and the nature of printing. Such minor variations are not normally considered defects.

17. Permitted use of purchased prints

When you purchase a physical print from Aura | Human Wonders, you may display it for personal or commercial decorative purposes, including in homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, studios, shops or similar spaces.

You may also photograph or film the physical print as part of an interior, social media post, editorial setting or commercial space.

However, purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or digital reproduction rights. Unless we give written permission, you may not:

• scan, copy or reproduce the artwork;
• resell digital versions of the artwork;
• use the artwork on merchandise or products for resale;
• upload the artwork to print-on-demand platforms;
• distribute, license or commercially exploit the artwork as a digital asset;
• claim authorship of the artwork.

18. Intellectual property

All website content, artwork, images, product mockups, text, graphics, logos, branding, design elements and layout are owned by Aura | Human Wonders or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or use our content without written permission, except as allowed by law or expressly permitted in these Terms.

Our production partners do not provide customer service directly to Aura | Human Wonders customers.

20. Links and third-party services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, shipping services or other tools.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, privacy practices or content. Please review the relevant third-party terms and policies before using them.

21. Privacy and cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Separate Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy pages will be made available on our website.

22. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, pandemics, customs delays, carrier disruptions, technical failures, supplier delays, power outages or legal restrictions.

If such an event significantly affects an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version available on our website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

If you are a consumer resident in another country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

We encourage customers to contact us first at customers@aurawonders.com so that we can try to resolve any issue amicably.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts under applicable law.
